All PRJUSD athletes must complete a physical (form)
before participating in tryouts and other athletic events. 

Physicals are uploaded directly into your Home Campus account.

to be able to participate in practice and other athletic events.

* All PRJUSD athletes must maintain at least a 2.0 GPA
with no more than one failing grade (F) to remain eligible for the season. 

2026 Quarter 1 grades determine initial eligibility.
