• All PRJUSD athletes must complete a physical (form)
  before participating in tryouts and other athletic events. 
• Physicals need to be uploaded directly by you into your registration this year.

  All PRJUSD athletes must be registered in Home Campus
  to be able to participate in practice and other athletic events.

  * All PRJUSD athletes must maintain at least a 2.0 GPA with no more than one failing grade (F) to remain eligible for the season. 
• Quarter 3 grades determine initial eligibility.
