- All LFJH athletes must complete a physical (form)
before participating in tryouts and other athletic events. - Physicals are uploaded directly into your Home Campus account.

All LFJH athletes must maintain at least a 2.0 GPA
with no more than one failing grade (F) to remain eligible for the season.

Practices
Practice begins Tuesday, October 22, 2024 with a mandatory Parent Meeting at 4:30.
*No practice October 24 and October 31.
Practices will run 10/22-12/3 and resume 1/7/25 - 2/6/25
*Practice times: Tuesday through Thursday (except game days)
3:30 - 4:45 pm
*Some practice times and days will be modified throughout the season by the coach. The coach will provide a practice schedule for the team.
